Pedro G. Andrés López has been President and Founder of Neptuno Networks since December 1999. Prior to founding Neptuno Networks he served as VP-Operations and Customer Service of Celpage, Puerto Rico. Recognized by Chamber of Commerce in 2009 with the Zenith Award in The Telecommunication’s Sector, actually Mr. Andrés is President of The Puerto Rico Telecommunications Alliance since 2014.

He is married to Mrs. Sandra Cruz and is a father of two, Melyssa and Pedro Gustavo. He is a graduate of the University of the Sacred Heart and holds a BA in Accounting. Mr. Andrés also has an advance studies degree in Human Resources from The Advanced School of Human Resources of Puerto Rico.
