The 2013 Federal Bar Association (FBA) Annual Meeting and Convention will take place at the Caribe Hilton Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico September 26-28.

For more than ninety years, the FBA has offered outstanding services to its thousands of members, particularly to judges, attorneys and other professionals in Puerto Rico. In this regard, we are proud to know that one of our own, Hon. Gustavo A. Gelpí, Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto  Rico, will have the honor of becoming president of the FBA.
